​In-Stock Delivery: Standard server resources, shared hosting accounts, and services directly available within our infrastructure will be provisioned immediately upon order confirmation.

​Managed Procurement / Sourced Delivery: For specific domain extensions, specialized licenses, custom server configurations, or third-party resources that are not instantly held in our active local inventory, Hostgiri.com acts as an authorized procurement manager. Upon placing an order for such items, you explicitly authorize Hostgiri.com to source, manage, provision, and deliver the requested asset or service to you within a reasonable timeframe.

​3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Customers are strictly prohibited from using Hostgiri.com services for any illegal activities, hosting copyrighted content without authorization, malware distribution, phishing, spamming, or hosting content that violates local laws.

​4. Payments and Renewals All invoices must be paid in full by the due date. Failure to renew active services may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your hosting account.

​5. Limitation of Liability Hostgiri.com shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential data loss resulting from unauthorized user actions, third-party network outages, or unmanaged user software vulnerability.
